Spices were excellent, and wonderful fresh flavor, and great recipes they put out to use them in. I used to have my own catering business for 15 years, so I have a lot of experience, and I'm very particular about the products I use. My only wish is that we could choose the mix of two blends of spice mixes that we would like, instead of the two blends of their choice, sold together.
